Development and production of eddy current sensors which are specially adapted to the respective testing application and to the geometry of the test item.
Depending on the application, the following parameters, amongst other things, are optimised specifically for the customer:
- Coil arrangement (absolute, differential, multi-differential, remote field)
- Coil circuit (parametric, transformatoric, bridge type)
- Signal/noise ratio (shielding, clearance compensation, signal compensation, number of windings, frequency, probe geometry)
Special solutions for crack testing and for the determination of case depth, surface hardness and the separation of mixed material.
